Synopsis
Our Annual General Meeting will be held at 6:15 pm. It will be a short meeting, receiving annual reports and appointing committee members. You can attend online or in person at BCS London. (Only PROMS-G members can vote.)
If you want to hear how the Triad Group who helped to deliver the “BCS Digital Transformation Project of the Year” for the Ministry of Justice HM Prison and Probation Service then make sure you join this event. This talk will focus on the crucial topic of sponsor confidence, making sure that from the inception of a project right through to delivery, your sponsor remains on-side and supportive, despite the inevitable challenges and turbulences most projects face. Using a combination of first-hand experience and best practice approaches, Adrian will seek to stimulate thought and discussion around a subject that can often derail projects and/or their leadership.
About the speaker
Adrian Leer
Adrian is MD of Triad Group Plc, a digital delivery partner that has been managing large and complex projects for over 35 years.
Adrian has run large projects and programmes in FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations, as well as in smaller owner-led businesses. He has also led teams of project managers and delivery leads responsible for running a range of projects and programmes, some of which figure on HM Government’s Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP).
Adrian maintains a hands-on involvement in many of Triad’s live engagements, playing an active part in their governance and in Triad’s continuous improvement process.
