Synopsis

In this session, we will explore the fascinating realm of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), unravelling the complexities of this revolutionary technology. Participants will acquire a deeper understanding of Generative AI, including its diverse practical applications and inherent limitations and risks.

To bring these concepts to life, we will present real-world experiences from leading clients. This will showcase how we integrated Generative AI into their business processes, to offer greater efficiency and user experience. Additionally, we will share insights and practical lessons learned from overseeing projects that will offer actionable strategies that can be applied in industry.

About the speakers

Lori FrenchLori French

Lori French is an AI Engineer in IBM Client Engineering, who specialises in developing and technically leading Generative AI projects. She is passionate about machine learning, having her own patent in this topic, as well as having worked across many areas of IBM – including Research and was a member of the Wimbledon Technical team.

Andrew WhiteAndrew White

Andrew White has many years of experience working with clients to leverage AI to improve efficiencies and experience. He believes that to realise the opportunity of AI we need to democratise AI and ensure we give focus to skills, ethics and trust.
