This course is designed to give you the skills you need to build more inclusive spaces for your team, creating psychological safety for your team members and setting them up for success. It will help you to understand the barriers that team members face and the accommodations that will enable them to thrive.
At the end of the module, you’ll be able to put your knowledge to the test and gain a digital badge which you can use to prove that you’ve successfully completed your training.
