What will I learn?
You’ll gain a good understanding of the different ways of understanding and communicating with different audiences, including:
- Identifying and understanding your audience;
- Understanding the process of requirements gathering;
- Identifying and utilising effective methods of communication;
- Communication planning and how to enact effective communication.

What format is the exam?
- 45-minute 'closed book' exam format with 20 questions comprised of 10 one mark and 10 two mark questions.
- Pass mark is 70% (21/30)

BCS Being an IT Business Partner Award
- Available once you’ve completed four Practitioner-level modules: Leading with an IT Mindset Award, Business Skills Award, Collaborating with Business Teams Award, and Being an IT Business Partner Certificate.
- The award is granted on successful completion of the above modules.
