What are the entry requirements?
- There are no formal entry requirements.
It is recommended that candidates successfully complete the Foundation Certificate in User Experience prior to this certification.
What will I learn?
- The principles and stages of human-centred design.
- The techniques to gather, evaluate, and communicate user research including relevant ethical and legal considerations
- The methods to analyse the different inputs that inform UX design.
- The principles and tools to transform plans into concrete products.
- The methods to test, evaluate, and review interfaces.

What format is the exam?
- One hour ‘closed book’ with 40 multiple choice questions
- Pass mark is 65% (26/40)
