BCS Foundation Certificate in SIAM™

Service Integration and Management (SIAM™) is a holistic framework used to manage multiple service providers with the aim to fully integrate all systems and therefore present a unified service delivery to the customer.

This certificate provides professionals with an entry/foundation level introduction to SIAM™ terminology and main principles.

Individuals with an interest in (or a need to implement) system unification in an organisation. This could be in service delivery, change management, process management or project and program management.
Middle and senior managers, consultants or business/solution architects looking at advising or sponsoring systems integration.

There are no entry requirements for this certification.

It usually takes around 56 hours to prepare for the exam, including 14 hours contract time.

If you’re studying for this qualification without a training provider you can sit this exam directly with BCS.
