BCS EXIN Professional Certificate in SIAM™
Service Integration and Management (SIAM™) is a holistic framework used to manage multiple service providers with the aim to fully integrate all systems and therefore present a unified service delivery to the customer.
This certificate provides more advanced coverage to SIAM™ terminology and principles than the BCS EXIN Foundation Certificate in SIAM™. Achieving this Professional level certification confirms that an individual can perform activities in all four stages of the SIAM roadmap.
Who is it for?
- Individuals with a need to implement system unification in an organisation. This could be in service delivery, change management, process management or project and program management.
- Middle and senior managers, consultants or business/solution architects looking at advising or sponsoring systems integration.
Entry requirements
There is not a requirement to do the BCS EXIN Foundation Certificate in SIAM ™ before this, but it is recommended.

What format is the exam?
- 90 minutes ‘closed book’.
- Pass mark is 65% (26/40)
