BCS EXIN Foundation Certificate in SIAM™
Service Integration and Management (SIAM™) is a holistic framework used to manage multiple service providers with the aim to fully integrate all systems and therefore present a unified service delivery to the customer.
This certificate provides professionals with an entry/foundation level introduction to SIAM™ terminology and main principles.

- Individuals with an interest in (or a need to implement) system unification in an organisation. This could be in service delivery, change management, process management or project and program management.
- Middle and senior managers, consultants or business/solution architects looking at advising or sponsoring systems integration.

- One hour ‘closed book’.
- Pass mark is 65% (26/40)
