AI optimism and skills

We asked responders how optimistic they are about the role of AI in their organisation? 1 is ‘not at all optimistic’, 5 is ‘very optimistic’. Interestingly there was no significant difference in views expressed by leaders and digital professionals, so the data below is representative of all participants.

 

We also asked: ‘As an IT professional, how do you plan to develop your AI skills during 2024?’ The following chart shows the answers:
