Our community of practice connects digital leaders across children and adult social care – sharing ideas, innovation, creativity and person centred tech across the four nations.

Welcome to our group!

We are a group of digital leaders across the broad spectrum that is social care, from registered managers to social workers, nurses, commissioners, academics, policy leads, technologists, managing directors, carers and so on.

We welcome anyone with an interest in social care - those in receipt of care, those who support others, anyone who works in social care or alongside the sector. We meet three times a year to showcase innovation, share best practice and connect on ideas across a wide range of topics.

Social care is vital to us all. Be it at a societal, professional or personal level, it affects all of us. We know technology, digital, and data, play a huge role in shaping people’s experience of care, as well as influencing the millions of people who work in social care.

Digital leaders who are empowered, foster co production, understand ‘care’, and also see the value of technology are vital for the future of social care. However – we know this doesn’t happen by chance! So, if you are interested in social care, how informatics and digital transformation can be a force for good in the sector and wish to share and learn from fellow leaders, we’d love to hear from you!
