The SM-ITAM group run a varied and busy events programme throughout the year, covering the full range of service management and IT asset management topics. We are also home to the UK SAM Networking group who cover all aspects of IT asset management.

About us

Our newly formed group is an amalgamation of the Configuration Management and Service Management specialist groups.

We discuss and disseminate best practice, experience and industry changes in areas covered by service management frameworks and standards such as ITIL, VeriSM, Cobit, IT4IT, ISO 20,000, ISO19770 and others.
