Call for proposals to host ECIR 2025
The Committee of the BCS Information Retrieval Specialist Group (BCS IRSG) is interested to hear from bidders who wish to organise the European Conference on Information Retrieval (ECIR 2025) in a European country. This will be the 47th edition of the conference.
ECIR 2024 is to be held in Glasgow, Scotland. Recent ECIR events have been held in Dublin, Ireland 2023; Stavanger, Norway 2022; Lucca, Italy, 2021 (online); Lisbon, Portugal, 2020 (online); Cologne, Germany, 2019; Grenoble, France, 2018; Aberdeen, UK, 2017; Padua, Italy, 2016; Vienna, Austria, 2015; Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 2014; Moscow, Russia, 2013; and Barcelona, Spain, 2012.
