Welcome to our branch!

Based at the University of Worcester we are hoping to make useful presentations to all members of society and are currently organising events related to cyber security and robotics for secondary school children. Recent presentations have covered topics such as cloud computing, I.T. in education and Wominspiration and BCS accreditation.

Our committee are linked to our newly formed student chapter at Worcester University, and we present a student prize annually.

We are constantly seeking input from members regarding presentations and events, either informally or as formal members. If you can project manage an event from concept through to delivery (with help and assistance where needed) then you are welcome to join our organising committee. All are welcome to contribute and/or join. Please take the time to make contact - chair.herefordandworcester@bcs.org.

If you aren’t a BCS member, but would like to hear from us, please join our non-members mailing list by sending a blank email to herworcnonmem@lists.bcs.uk with ‘subscribe’ in the subject. You will then receive an email with a link to validate your mailing list subscription. To unsubscribe from the mailing list, follow the instructions on a received email, or send an email to unsubscribe-herworcnonmem@lists.bcs.uk.
