Recommended reading from Gillian Arnold, chair of BCSWomen

There is a book that someone asked me to read one time. It is about the gendered nature of technology and how we don’t see technologies created with women in mind (I can’t remember whether it was Feminism Confronts Technology (Wajcman), Theorising Gender (Alsop, Fitzimons, Lennon) or The Gender Politics of ICT (Archibald and LOADS of other names).
I thought that this (link below) perfectly illustrated the point though, and it made me even more sure that we have to get more women to design our technology so that they include all potential users!
