Synopsis
Agentic AI has been around for a while, but its only recently with the rise of Generative AI and Large Language Models are they able to be convincingly conversational along with a plethora of new improved capabilities which has led some to describe agents as the new digital labourforce.
Companies like Salesforce have deeply embedded Agentic AI into their platform and offer customers an opportunity to investigate and realise the power of Agentic AI to supercharge the way they do business. This event provides an overview and real life insights of the use of agents in a corporate setting. It will cover, among other thing, such topics as:

•How are they being used by organisations to drive success?
•How can we make sure they are safe or stop them from going rogue?
