Synopsis
The BCS BASF Service model tells us that Business Change deployment is a service that many Business Analysis (BA) Functions deliver. At this workshop we will consider whether this is indeed the case. Where BAs are handling Business Change deployment, how is this going? Are the team consciously offering this service or do they simply pick it up because no one else is? What models and techniques do they use? Are these BAs generalists or are they specialists? Would they consider this aspect of their service to be landing well? And where BAs are NOT handling the Business Change Deployment who does, and what relationship do those change professionals have with the BA team? Why should we care about Business Change anyway?
The speaker will share her experiences of working with UK employers over the last 25 years, along with her insights and observations. Come along to hear from her and other BA professionals about their experience of this topic. This will be an interactive session.
