About the speaker

Matthew Punter is a psychology PhD student at the University of Bath where his research focuses on using digital technologies to increase employment rates for autistic individuals in the UK. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience, Matthew bridges theory and practice to tackle real-world challenges. In addition to his academic pursuits, Matthew is the founder of Employment Devices for Enhancing Neurodiversity (EDEN), a B2B SaaS start-up that simplifies the process of hiring and supporting neurodivergent employees. Through EDEN he has worked closely with businesses in tech, finance, and other key industries to design innovative, technology-driven solutions that empower employees and reduce administrative burdens on employers. In his talk, ‘How Neurodiversity Can Solve Talent Scarcity Through Technology’, Matthew combines his expertise in psychology, technology and business to provide actionable insights into solving talent scarcity while fostering inclusive workplaces.
