SYNOPSIS

It is important to have an ethical framework but is that enough?

How can we ensure this is adhered to and what do we do when it conflicts with other priorities?

Hear Adam answer these and other questions when he speaks about the importance of embedding ethics into our work and what happens when we don't.

About the speaker

Adam Jacob

Adam has 24 years’ experience in technology management consulting working for several large global consultancies across delivery, strategy and architecture.

Most recently, Adam took a leap forward and set up Forwd - a company designed to deliver consulting differently, placing the client and a strong ethical approach ahead of all else.

His experience across consulting for a range of sectors has enabled him to see what happens when ethics are not by design with the resultant negative impact on the client, the consultancy and the team itself.

Adam has contributed to an article for IT Now about "Ethical Management Consultant" available on: https://discover.bcs.org/articles/being-an-ethical-management-consultant/
