About the speakers

JJennifer Hoadennifer Hoad

Jennifer is currently the Change and Engagement Manager at British Airways Digital, managing a team of change professionals to help realise British Airway's vision of delivering a safe and stable, on time, cost effective, worldwide operation.

Prior to this Jennifer has held positions at International Airlines Group (IAG), Allianz Insurance and Virgin Atlantic, where her passion for aviation was ignited.

Jennifer believes change strategies should be built with people, for people.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Strathclyde, Jennifer has a proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives, implementing new technologies and driving organisational change.
