Synopsis
Mike Emery is the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer for Health and Care in Wales, and a senior director in Welsh Government. Mike has a background working across public services and as a consultant for one of the big 4. Mike will discuss the current status of the digital landscape in Wales, what the future looks like, how we will get there, and how BCS members can encourage and support the vision for Digital in Wales.
Following our keynote speaker, BCS South Wales branch will hold it’s Annual General Meeting. Non-members are welcome to attend but cannot vote.
About the speaker
Experienced Director, skilled in digital transformation and strategy delivery with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Management, data governance and analysis Organizational Development, Business Process Improvement, Performance Management, and Strategy. Strong business development professional graduated from Imperial College London.
