Synopsis

We are running a pilot mentoring programme in the 2024/25 academic year, providing mentors from industry to undergraduate students, mainly aimed at those who have not yet had industrial contact through internships or similar things.

This talk will cover the planned structure of the programme, and the role of our mentors in particular.

We are very keen on recruiting mentors from groups typically disadvantaged or underrepresented in our industry.

The talk is open to anyone who might be interested in this programme.
