Synopsis
Transformation programmes have a poor reputation of success, but if we supposedly know the reasons why they don’t succeed, why do they keep failing to deliver what’s expected? In this session, Gary Burke provides some insight into why this is the case, what’s really going on and what needs to be done to address the root causes to give your transformation programme a much greater chance of being successful.
