Synopsis

This talk will examine how enterprise marketing professionals from organisations such as Sainsbury’s, Walgreens, and TUI are using AI to improve customer engagement with their brands. Key AI technologies covered in the talk include:

  • Natural Language Generation (NLG): Used to create short-form content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
  • Deep Learning Models: To determine which content is most likely to perform best.
  • Multi-Armed Bandits: To optimises which content will be delivered to each customer.

The talk will highlight how marketers interact with AI to scale their content generation on a daily basis and how AI generated content out performs human generated 94% of the time. The talk will also introduce a new personalisation capability that allows marketers to deliver content tailored to an individual recipient.
