The event opens with a short AGM for the BCS Enterprise Architecture Specialist Group to review the past year, and elect office bearers for the next year.
This will be followed by two talks. In the first, Rebecca Jeffs will present “Empowering Change: Establishing a Business Architecture Capability for Lasting Impact.”
This will be followed by Graham Berrisford on “The vision and reality of EA, and a minimal viable model for EA.”

Graham Berrisford

He now teaches classes to professional certificates in these subjects from three industry bodies (The British Computer Society, The Open Group, and The International Software Quality Assurance Board). He is internationally recognized for his knowledge and expertise, with nearly 6.000 followers on Linkedin.
