Synopsis

Each December Dan Hayton presents a selection of films and videos relating to the History of Computing. What will be Dan’s theme this year? We don’t know. Actually we don’t care because we know it will be an entertaining afternoon.

About the speaker

Dan Hayton

Dan Hayton is the CCS’s media manager and is responsible for recording, securing and publishing London CCS meetings so that members who couldn’t attend can see the event at their convenience.

Once a year we allow him to take centre stage — partly because he has earned a rest, but mostly because he is an entertaining raconteur who delights his audience. Apart from his role in the CCS he is also a leading member of the Newcomen Society and of the Greater London Industrial Archaeology Society. A man of many talents, not to be missed.

Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
