Synopsis
Asset management is an issue that organisations everywhere struggle with. How do we meet the challenges of asset and configuration management, particularly from a service management perspective? What works in translating the theory into practice? Join us at this in-person event and explore the next steps.
Three different organisations will present their war stories: what ITAM looks like for them, what pain points they have encountered in getting there, and what benefits ITAM has provided across the enterprise. Above all, how does it help them deliver effective services that add value to their organisations?
