Synopsis
For entrepreneurs leading innovation into early-stage organisations, injecting pace, quality, and certainty into digital innovation while substantially reducing costs, risk… and stress! (Choose between the morning and afternoon sessions - numbers are strictly limited). Note that there is a complementary workshop for IT leaders who want to drive their company's innovation agenda forward.
This highly practical workshop will teach you how to quickly develop digital platforms, products, or services that colleagues and customers will love.
Led by a group of international innovators from SmplCo, you’ll leave this workshop confident you can:
- Create the right digital service in the right way for the right people.
- Win key stakeholders over and keep them on board.
- Build rapid momentum (including bringing your Big Idea to life inside a week).
- Brief developers to ensure your product or service looks, feels, and behaves like you and your customers want it to.
- Cut months – and lots of money -– from the design and development process
Places are strictly limited to 6 companies per 3-hour session, to allow personal attention from our experts and ensure attendees get the most out of the session.
We want you to leave this workshop ready to take immediate steps and make a real difference to your organisation.
To give you the best possible chance of doing this, we ask that attendees apply in pairs, with IT leaders attending with their relevant innovation business partners or decision-makers.
This will ensure you can work together to apply Smpl’s strategies and create/develop real, viable ideas specific to your organisation.

About SmplCo:
Smpl was founded by a group of international entrepreneurs who were sick of how time-consuming, expensive, and stressful it was to create digital platforms, products, and services. Our team has done it all; from building clients into successful global brands, to founding our own companies, and even floating them on Wall Street. We are now focused on helping others bring their Big Ideas to life. To do that, we have redesigned the digital design and development process to inject serious pace, quality, and certainty into innovation, while substantially reducing risk.
Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
