Synopsis
We know that good teams are a mix of different characters. In today’s workplace where teams are encouraged to include not only women (like me), neuro diverse folk (like me) but also people with different ethnic background and even those who don’t identify their gender or sexuality (I know there is a difference but I include both terms to cover both perspectives) on a binary spectrum, we need to think about teams in a different way.
This talk is not going to look at the theories of the likes of John Adair or even F W Taylor, I’m going to look at the wisdom of A A Milne. Yes, we are going to look at team dynamics through the eyes of Winnie the Pooh.

Wendy Goucher
Wendy Goucher is a Cyber Security Consultant with Arcanum Cyber, specialising in risk and other business operational security bits.
I also write stories that help children as young as 4 and seniors learn to protect themselves from Cyber and social engineering threats.
