Synopsis
We are seeking new volunteers - if you are keen to help, we can find a role for you.
The deadline for nomination and other AGM business is the end of business on 18 November 2023.
This year’s Cheltenham & Gloucester Branch AGM will be held online on Tuesday, 21 November, from 6:30pm to 6:45pm.
We are very keen on more involvement from our members and welcome candidates standing for any of the following roles:
- Chair
- Vice Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Inclusion Officer
- Early Careers Officer
- Volunteer Coordination Officer
Note that some roles are only open to professional BCS members, so please say if you are a professional member and provide your membership number if so.
All nominations for committee roles must be received by the end of 18 November 2023; in particular, no nominations will be accepted during the AGM itself that have not been so received.
Requests for discussing any other business should be provided to the Chair, chelt@bcs.org.uk, by the end of 18 November 2023. Requests later than that, particularly during the meeting, will be considered only at the discretion of the Chair.
Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
