Summary
The BCS Data team, BCS Women and DAMA UK recognise the different areas in which diversity or lack of diversity impacts us.
We are interested in bringing people from more diverse backgrounds into data roles, we want to show that data is not just a question of technology, we need to be aware of the growing challenge of ensuring our AI and ML data sets are more representative.
We have talks around each of these dimensions... from recruitment, looking at data analytics and AI, looking at collection and reporting of DEI data... As data professionals at all levels, we aim to provide you with inspiration, models of diversity and diversity data that have been proven to work and a forum for asking questions!
