Synopsis
This event will be a ‘Fireside Chat’ with two highly successful individuals who have made careers in cyber security. They will talk about their experiences and some the challenges they have faced.
It will be of interest to anyone at the ‘early careers’ stage of their cyber security career, or indeed anyone who is looking for further opportunities within this field of work.
About the speakers
Adam Bennett
Adam is an award-winning cyber security professional, with a history of providing expert cyber security consultancy across UK government departments and wider industry, authoring NCSC guidance and delivering nationally impactful projects from inception.
Katerina Tasiopoulou
Kat is a Recognised Public Speaker and has won the BCS Young IT Professional of the Year Award 2018, the Rising Star Award 2019 sponsored by the Sunday Times, UKI Top 100 Women in Technology 2019 (The Times) and the FDM EveryWoman Rising Star Award 2020. She is a programmer in a variety of languages, having developed games, websites, apps and robots.
