Synopsis
We will be focusing on the career journeys of Asia Sharif, Software Engineer, NatWest and Nidhi Sharma, Engineering Manager, Sainsbury’s.
We also have a panel discussion with both Asia and Nidhi, hosted by Nicola Martin MBCS MWES, BCSWomen committee member.
About the speakers
Asia Sharif
With numerous accolades and awards to her name already, Asia's early career story serves as an inspiration to aspiring technologists and highlights the potential for women within the field of software engineering.
Nidhi Sharma
Nidhi is a technology leader with over 15 years of experience in the Telecoms, Finance, Ecommerce, and Retail industries. Currently, she serves as the Head of Engineering at Sainsbury's, where she plays an essential role in the Supply Chain Transformation Programme.
Nidhi is a strong advocate for empowering women and providing them with full support. She is enthusiastic about bringing together different cultures and perspectives under one umbrella to inspire an innovative culture.
