Synopsis
In today’s world, every business must have a web presence. And it is incredibly easy for any small business to use a website builder, and start collecting user information and processing payment transactions.
People don’t know what they don’t know, and it’s all too easy for developers in a small IT business to reinvent the wheel, badly. There are many tried and tested best practices, that ensure high-quality software is produced to a professional standard.
Join me as I explore the software development life cycle and some of the common pitfalls. I will call out bad habits in software development, and highlight how to avoid them.
I’ll cover how to build, test, and deploy, web applications and financial service applications. And how to build quality into your process.
