We’ll discuss several human behavioural traits which can negatively affect the way we work, and the results we deliver.

Synopsis
Most PM methods ignore human behaviour, or assume a certain behaviour that differs from how people actually behave. By realizing how people actually behave, and accepting that, we can take it into account, and seek to avoid the negative consequences. People react, often sub-consciously, in a certain way. Going against that is almost impossible (we can't compete with our genes). Recognizing it, accepting it, and then looking at how we can still improve, yields a much better result with less energy.
We will discuss several human behavioural traits, which we perhaps cannot do something about, but can learn to do something with nonetheless.
