Notice of Annual General Meeting and Section Elections.
Agenda
1. Section Reporting:
a. Financial report for the period November 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2022.
b. Report of activities for the period November 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2022
c. Report of the Auditing Committee for the period November 1st, 2021, to December 31st, 2022.
2. Section Planning:
a. Financial Budget for the period January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023.
b. Action plan for the period January 1st, 2023 to December 31st, 2023.
3. Possible amendment of the articles of the Association of BCS Hellenic Section.
Members of the Section are invited to attend the meeting and vote on the above matters.
In order to be able to participate, each Member shall need to provide identification evidence, his/her valid BCS membership card and the payment advice (printout of the bank transfer order) of his/her annual subscription fee to the BCS Hellenic Section (2€). The payment of the annual subscription fee to the BCS Hellenic Section (2€) should be done by bank transfer, or paid directly in cash to the Section’s Cashier during the AGM.
