Synopsis
The pace of systems change necessary for organisations to keep up with their environment is ever-increasing. This doesn't just include anticipated change, but coping with unexpected and unplanned "black swan" events. To make it even harder, there is a lack of people with the skills necessary to enact such change effectively.
In this talk, Matthew Bellringer will share how by embracing neurodiversity, organisations can increase their capacity for successful, adaptive change. We explore how different perspectives contribute to organisational endurance, and how - provided with a supportive environment - neurodivergent people can make a unique contribution at work.
