7:30pm - Finish
Synopsis
Increasing digitisation - or digitalisation - and increasing technology capabilities have raised new challenges and opportunities for organisations of all types; public and private sector, established and start-up.
Leadership can gain more than ever from architectural thinking and architects of various backgrounds can be challenged to rise to more opportunities.
Participants will brain-storm the intersections of architecture and leadership. After hearing some brief perspectives, we'll split into 3 working groups to consider:
- What leaders need from architects
- What architects need from leaders
- How architects become leaders.
Please come prepared to share your views and experiences; facilitators will recap key points for all sessions to prepare synthesis and publication so that further collaboration where appropriate can encourage and enable various roles to adapt or grow or collaborate in new ways.
Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
