Synopsis
The Centre for Management Consulting Excellence (CMCE) is an open and inclusive professional network for the sharing of leading and emerging practice in management consulting, bringing together practitioners, academics, clients and those considering consulting as a career. It was founded by the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
Its Director, Nick Bush, believes that the consulting industry, as currently formed, will need to adapt significantly to the technological, societal and business challenges of the coming years. In a provocative session, Nick will discuss how consultants of all kinds can raise their level of professionalism to deliver excellence for their clients.
He will then outline the work of CMCE and its parent organisation the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants in promoting excellence and ways in which you can become involved. The session will be interactive, allowing all participants to contribute their own learnings, tips and wisdom, as well as being able to ask questions.
About the speaker
Nick Bush, Director, Centre for Management Consulting Excellence
Nick Bush is a trustee, advisory board member and management consultant specialising in customer-led change, strategy and business planning with particular experience in the financial services, change management and arts industries, and recent board level experience in the not-for-profit sector.
With over 30 years consulting experience in strategy and change management across a number of industries including banking and telecommunications, Nick is leading CMCE on a pathway to sustainable growth. Nick is a trustee at two music education charities reflecting his life-long passion for music and his ongoing attempts to play the guitar to an acceptable standard.
