Having successfully adopted lean and agile working within technology, Moonpig decided to apply agile working across the wider business. In this case study Amanda will describe the steps taken and the lessons learned along the way.

Amanda Colpoys - Business Agility Coach & Consultant
Amanda is an award-winning Business Agility Coach & Consultant using lean, agile and growth marketing to help businesses grow, innovate and deliver value quickly at scale.
She has worked with some of the UK’s most successful brands including the BBC, OVO Energy (the 3rd largest energy retailer in the UK), unicorns Moonpig and Gousto, and fintech startups ClearScore and Flagstone.
She is a frequent speaker at conferences and panel events, and has recently contributed to the Agile Business Consortium’s Agile Leadership training course.
