Synopsis
The ALLIANCE is a strategic partner of the Scottish Government and has close working relationships with many national NHS Boards, academic institutions and key organisations spanning health, social care, housing and digital technology.
The Alliance believe digital technology can enable people to live better. Digital tools, like any other tools, are aids to help us reach our bigger goals. With them, we can be more connected, more informed and more empowered. The Alliance thinks everyone should be able to access and use digital health and care tools. Everyone should be able to use technology in a way that works for them, whether it is to achieve their own health and wellbeing goals or to be able to look after someone they care for better.
The Digital Citizen Panel is committed to ensuring that the voices, expertise, and rights of people with lived experience drive policy and practice, and sit at the heart of design, delivery and improvement of support and services- shifting the power dynamic between government and Scottish citizens.
Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
