Synopsis
IT Service Management projects do not just incorporate deployment of technology but change the way support organisations work, behave and think.
ITSM in today’s complex environment typically involves multiple providers, each using different process frameworks (ITIL, SAFe, etc), their own tools and do business in varying delivery models (managed service providers, “as a service” infrastructure/software, etc). Implementing service management has evolved to an art of herding cats and principles of SIAM (Service Integration & Management) are very relevant. Project Managers and IT Service Managers need to work hand in glove to ensure success in ITSM transformation.
In this webinar Praful Verma, Fellow and Chief ITSM Architect at HCL and Mohan Kewalramani, VP and Project Lead at HCL, provide their experiences, case studies and learnings assisting large global organisations successfully transform their ITSM in multiple supplier environments. This session will provide ideas that you can leverage in your service management projects.
