Synopsis
In an environment in which customers are increasingly asking for service-based outcomes for the delivery of IT projects, John will talk about how multi-disciplinary teams can successfully work to design and implement such solutions. This will particularly cover the intersection of Technical, Service and Project Management workstreams and techniques to increase the success and de-risk the delivery of projects based on understanding critical service success factors. These techniques have evolved through the delivery of multiple projects in single and multi-service provider environments.
