About the speaker
Rohit Ratan Mani
Rohit is an Enterprise Agile Coach, helping individuals, teams and leaders to develop a growth mindset to be top achievers in their respective work area and in personal life (to an extent). He started his IT career in 2004 as a developer and moved on to work as Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach. He has worked on multiples large and complex Agile Transformations with different consulting, financial and product based organizations including Virtusa, Capgemini, HSBC, Equifax and TransUnion as Scrum Master and Agile Coach. He has coached, mentored and trained over 500 professionals on Agile and Scrum. He is currently teaching Agile Team Facilitation and Agile Coaching skills.
To give back to the community, he runs a coaching cohort for agile practitioners where they can learn and practice coaching.
He is Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) from ScrumAlliance, ICAgile Agile Coaching Expert and ICAgile Trainer for Agile Coaching Track. Following Agile Coaching principles, he continuously strives to be the next better version of himself and is currently working on building expertise on relationship and systemic coaching. He is working on his further qualifications from ICF and ORSC.
