In recent years Carole Osterweil has delivered several very popular and highly practical talks about applying neuroscience to IT projects for the BCS Consultancy Specialist Group. She has agreed to present again in 2022.
Her session coincides with publication her new book, Neuroscience for Project Success: why people behave as they do
For those who could not attend her previous talks, Carole will review the core practical insights for consultants and project managers from the field of neuroscience. For those who attended her previous talks, she will provide a useful refresher and an update on recent developments.

About the speaker
Carole Osterweil is the founder of Visible Dynamics. She coaches project directors, sponsors and teams to increase productivity and improve outcomes with less stress.
Carole is on a mission – to make the human dynamics which get in the way of delivery more visible - so we can do something about them!
Focused on project management and business transformation, she has been developing leaders and organisations for over 25 years, in many sectors including infrastructure, engineering, technology, health, oil & gas, utilities and pharma. Her current assignments include building the UK Government’s senior change, project, and program management capability at Cranfield University.
