Synopsis
Quality is something that is often only discussed or noticed when it is missing. It is critically important in today’s competitive world to define what we mean by Quality in clear, measurable terms. Once it is defined and understood by all parties, it can be valued, estimated, and truly designed into products and services.
Too many organisations today focus on reducing cost rather than increasing value, delivering soon rather than delivering good, cutting Quality related activities in order to free up staffing. The long-term impact of these short-sighted activities is measured in lost market shares and a spiralling descent into the chaos of irrelevancy.
This talk focuses on understanding the possibilities and economies to be achieved by focusing on Quality beyond requirements, Quality that attracts and retains both staff and clients.
And it’s free to do.
