Dave Chaplin is CEO of IR35 compliance solution IR35 Shield and author of IR35 & Off-Payroll Explained.
Dave has studied IR35 since its inception in 1999. As well as leading IR35 Shield, Dave helps to defend taxpayers at IR35 tax tribunals, consults for HMRC, and advises senior politicians and Government bodies. He is often quoted in the trade and national press.
Dave is featured in both the 2020 and 2021 Staffing 100 Europe list of top influencers.
