With 28 years in the IT industry, Jonathan has spent a significant amount of his time travelling the world, working with global partners, spending time both face to face and remote. He is looking to lead this panel discussion and ask some interesting questions we are facing and how our behaviours are changing. As important how can IT assist and make both employers and employees more successful.

Experienced Business IT Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry. Innovative leader, builds high performing teams and collaborative networks to deliver value in the Operations and Transformation space. Highly effective in a global, multi-cultural and virtual environment.
Previously worked for ExxonMobil as an executive IT manager in numerous global roles with a focus on Program Management and Strategic Leadership.
