- In 2020, the FBI identified phishing as the top crime for consumer complaints, more than doubling the previous year.
- Online organised crime networks are becoming more involved in Business Email Compromise (BEC) which has proven to be the most financially impactful cybercrime.
- Whether their goal is to harvest credentials, redirect a bank transfer, or download malware, attackers are most likely to utilize email as their initial entry vector for a campaign.
- In this session, we will explore how attackers are evolving their use of malicious email techniques, and how organisations can protect themselves from attack.
