Synopsis
In 2020 the European Court of Justice invalidated Privacy Shield and raised concerns over adequacy of data protection laws in non EU countries. Singapore, Turkey, Brazil and the UAE now have data transfer restrictions.
This presentation will advise on how to deal with data transfers and the “adequacy assessment” from a global perspective.
