Synopsis
Martin has been undertaking information technology and information management engagements for almost 40 years. Based on his experience he brought together the lessons he has learned about managing client relationships in Managing Expectations, published in 2017.
In this webinar Martin will share the solutions he has developed working for clients that have included a convent in London, the United Nations, NATO and several of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Attendees will receive a pdf file of the book.
About the speaker
Martin White - Managing Director, Intranet Focus Ltd and Visiting Professor, Information School, University of Sheffield
Martin set up Intranet Focus Ltd in 1999 after almost twenty years of consulting experience in IT and telecommunications in Europe and North America. He now works primarily on information management assignments.
Martin is the author of 10 books and is a Fellow of both the BCS and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
